About Little Star Digital Media

Little Star Digital Media is an India-based, full-service digital marketing agency that helps small and mid-size businesses grow online through measurable, data-driven advertising. We design, run and optimise paid media campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn for clients in e-commerce, healthcare, education, professional services and SaaS — turning marketing budgets into customers, leads and revenue our clients can see.

We work as the marketing partner that owns campaign strategy, creative, execution, performance analysis and reporting. Each engagement is governed by a written service agreement under which our clients delegate management of their advertising spend to us, and we report back with full transparency on what was spent, where, and what it produced.

Our Vision

To become the most trusted performance-marketing partner for ambitious Indian and global businesses — the agency that owners turn to when they want their advertising rupees and dollars to actually move the needle. We want every client we work with to be able to point at a specific number on their P&L and say “that growth came from the campaigns Little Star Digital Media ran for us.”

In the next five years, we want to be recognised as the agency that:

  • Brings enterprise-grade reporting and accountability to small and mid-size advertisers who normally cannot afford it.
  • Treats every client’s advertising budget as if it were our own — with the same care, rigour and refusal to waste.
  • Sets the bar in our market for ethical advertising, transparent pricing and respect for end-user data.

Our Mission

Our mission is simple and operational: spend our clients’ marketing budgets the way we would spend our own — conservatively, measurably, and with a clear line of sight from every rupee of spend to a real business outcome. We do this through:

  • Strategy first. We refuse to run ads without first understanding the business, the customer, the funnel and the unit economics.
  • Performance second. Every campaign is built around a measurable target — cost-per-lead, return-on-ad-spend or revenue — not vanity metrics.
  • Honest reporting third. Clients see the same numbers we see. No filtering, no spin. If a campaign isn’t working, we say so and change it.

Our Core Values

  • Transparency. Clients always see real numbers. We never hide behind aggregated reports.
  • Stewardship. Their budget is not our revenue — it is a trust they have placed in us.
  • Continuous improvement. Every campaign teaches us something. We feed those learnings into the next one.
  • Compliance and ethics. We follow the policies of every advertising platform we operate on, and the data-protection laws of the regions our clients sell in.

What We Do — Services

Our service portfolio is built around the full lifecycle of digital advertising:

  • Search engine marketing (Google Ads). Search, Performance Max, Shopping and YouTube campaigns — planned, built, monitored and optimised by certified specialists.
  • Search engine optimisation (SEO). Technical SEO audits, on-page optimisation, content strategy and authority building.
  • Social media advertising. Meta (Facebook + Instagram) and LinkedIn paid campaigns, including creative production and audience strategy.
  • Content marketing. Blog, landing-page and email content built to support paid campaigns and rank organically.
  • Affiliate & partner marketing. Setting up and managing affiliate programmes for clients on networks like Impact, ShareASale, Partnerize, FlexOffers and LinkConnector.
  • Conversion-rate optimisation. Landing-page testing, funnel analysis and improvements to turn more of the same traffic into customers.
  • Performance analytics & reporting. Consolidated dashboards that pull data from every advertising channel a client uses, into a single weekly and monthly report.

Who We Serve

Our primary customers are business owners and marketing managers at small and mid-size companies — typically with annual revenues between ₹50 lakh and ₹50 crore (USD 60K to USD 6M) — who have decided that paid digital advertising is core to their growth but do not have a full in-house marketing team.

We work across:

  • Direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands selling on Shopify, WooCommerce and Amazon.
  • Healthcare and wellness providers (clinics, supplement brands, fitness).
  • Education businesses (online courses, coaching, EdTech).
  • Professional services firms (accounting, legal, consulting).
  • SaaS and B2B software companies running lead-generation campaigns.

Each client engagement is governed by a written service contract that names the deliverables, the monthly retainer or project fee, the advertising-budget cap, the reporting cadence, and the data-handling responsibilities of both sides.

Our Methodology

Every client engagement follows a five-stage process:

  1. Discovery. We audit the existing marketing footprint, current ad accounts, conversion tracking and analytics setup.
  2. Strategy. We propose channel mix, target audiences, budget allocation, creative concepts and the metrics we will hold ourselves accountable to.
  3. Build. We construct campaigns inside the client’s own ad accounts (we never operate from a shared “agency account”). The client retains full ownership.
  4. Optimise. Daily monitoring, weekly bid and creative adjustments, monthly strategic reviews.
  5. Report. Transparent dashboards and a written monthly report explaining what we spent, what it returned, what we learned and what we are changing next month.

Our Internal Platform & Tools

To deliver the level of reporting and optimisation our clients expect, we operate an internal campaign-management and reporting platform. The platform is used by our own team only and is not made available to the general public, to clients or to any third party.

The platform’s purpose is operational efficiency: it pulls performance data (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, cost-per-conversion, return-on-ad-spend) from each client’s own advertising accounts via the official APIs of the relevant ad networks, consolidates that data into a single view, and allows our specialists to:

  • Monitor every client’s campaigns in one place rather than logging into dozens of separate accounts.
  • Detect anomalies (sudden spend spikes, drops in CTR, broken conversion tracking) within hours rather than days.
  • Generate the consolidated weekly and monthly reports that we deliver to clients as static PDFs and dashboard exports.

Why We Use the Google Ads API

The Google Ads API is essential to the way we serve our clients because:

  • It allows our internal platform to pull our clients’ campaign performance data programmatically instead of requiring our specialists to manually log into each Google Ads account every day, which is impractical at our scale and error-prone.
  • It enables scheduled, consistent reporting — the same data fields, refreshed at the same times — so that month-over-month comparisons our clients rely on are accurate.
  • It supports anomaly detection and alerting, so we can intervene when something goes wrong in a client’s account before significant budget is wasted.
  • It lets us consolidate Google Ads results with results from Meta, LinkedIn and other channels in a single client-facing report — which is one of the most-requested features by our clients.

Specifically, we use the API’s reporting and metrics endpoints (campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, conversions, geographic performance). We do not use the API to mass-create accounts, scrape competitor data, or perform any activity outside the scope of managing the campaigns of our own contracted clients.

Access Control, Data Handling & Security

  • Who has access to the platform: internal employees and contracted specialists of Little Star Digital Media only. The platform is not exposed to the public internet for end-user signup. Clients receive reports as deliverables; they do not log in to the tool.
  • Whose data is in the platform: only campaign performance data belonging to clients who have a signed service contract with us and have explicitly granted us OAuth access to their Google Ads account.
  • How long data is retained: 24 months for active clients (to support year-over-year analysis), and deleted within 90 days of contract termination on client request.
  • Third-party sharing: we do not sell, rent or share client campaign data with any third party. The data leaves our systems only in the form of reports delivered back to the client whose data it is.
  • Security: credentials are stored encrypted at rest, transmitted over TLS, and access is gated by multi-factor authentication for our internal team.

Full details of how we handle personal data are described in our Privacy Policy. The legal terms governing our service relationships are described in our Terms & Conditions.

Compliance Commitments

We commit to operating in compliance with:

  • Google Ads API Terms of Service and the Google Ads policies for every campaign we manage.
  • Meta Platform Terms for the Facebook and Instagram campaigns we run.
  • India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and where applicable, the EU GDPR and California CCPA for clients selling into those markets.
  • Industry-specific advertising regulations (e.g. healthcare advertising standards) where relevant to a client’s business.
